1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, using, or interacting with Destroic ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
2. Use of the Bot
Destroic is provided as a free Discord music bot. You agree to use it in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Misuse — including spam, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the Bot — may result in being blacklisted.
3. Content & Copyright
Destroic streams audio from third-party sources. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of streamed content complies with applicable copyright law and the terms of those source platforms. We do not host or store music files.
4. Availability
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may suspend or modify functionality at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Destroic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server, and to revoke access for any user, at our discretion and without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
